Puget Sound Birdfest, Sept. 12-13
Puget Sound Bird Fest is virtual this weekend, Sept. 12-13 and was featured in the New York Times. With more than 700 birders registered to attend virtually, and 500 cast votes for the online photo contest. Edmonds is a popular location for birders, with a variety of habitats, from sandy beaches to wooded parks, and the invaluable Edmonds Marsh, one of the few urban saltwater estuaries remaining in the Puget Sound area.
Edmonds Art Studio Tour, Sept. 19-20
The Edmonds Art Studio Tour is a very popular event in Edmonds, pulling in visitors and art lovers from all over the region to tour the studios of Edmonds' artists. This year the tour will be virtual, Sept. 19 and 20. Live and pre-recorded events can be found here, and artists websites will be available to make purchases.
Write on the Sound, an annual writer's conference in Edmonds that consistently fills every available seat, is also occurring virtually Oct 1-4. The 35th Annual Conference will include full and half day workshops, all conducted live.
ECA Virtual Gala and Auction, Sept. 25
The Edmonds Center for the Arts for our Light the Way Virtual Gala & Auction will be Sept. 25. The Edmonds community will celebrate the power of performing arts to transform lives and light the way for the arts in Edmonds and beyond!
