Fire & The Feast takes on classic Italian comfort food with Pacific Northwest style, transforming the humble pizza and pasta into luscious, craveable works of art…still life, expertly conceived and sumptuously executed.

The kind you see only at the chef’s table.

Opened on Nov. 23 last year, in the middle of a pandemic, Fire & The Feast on 526 Main Street (where Epulo Bistro used to be) is Shubert Ho and Andrew Leckie’s fifth Edmonds restaurant, highlighting the bounty produced by fire, a little ingenuity, and a little hand’s-on care.

Handmade, fresh, locally-sourced ingredients — from land to sea — served with rustic, Italian flair.

Under Executive Chef Carlos Wright, the menu features Neapolitan style, wood-fired pizza (Margherita, spicy Salsiccia, broccolini), pastas topped with or without burrata — Nonna’s lasagna, swiss chard Cacio E Pepe, bucatini bolognese, chicken penne, jacked-up antipasti — Caesar salad with roasted lemons, Chianti croutons, and fine anchovies from Spain, applewood-smoked salmon crostini, and burrata, apple, quince, and pickled fennel mélange in orange oil with herb focaccia, fire-roasted Bistec Fiorentina, tiramisu, Middle Fork mocha cake…. Simple perfection.

Gluten, gluten-free, vegan options. Pre-order takeout and indoor/outdoor dining. Feedme Hospitality also owns Bar Dojo, The MAR•KET, Salt & Iron, and SanKai.
