Former Tom Douglas chef Brian Madayag opened his own restaurant in his hometown, with flavors from the Pacific Northwest all the way to the Philippines and everything in-between. A "fast casual and laid-back atmosphere," Barkada serves up inspired flavors, from Filipino, Hawaiian, Japanese and and more. The small kitchen serves up a limited menu and weekly chef's inspiration.
