Being a teenager can be exhausting and confusing! Why not take time out of your week for this relaxing and healing 4 week series where we will use watercolor painting to explore self acceptance. Think of this class like a yoga class, just for teens. Instead of using body movement and breath, we will use watercolor painting to access the present moment. Each class will focus on a different topic and I will teach a new watercolor painting technique. We will do meditation breathing exercises and visualization techniques to paint from our subconscious mind. You should expect to leave each class feeling centered, grounded, and filled with peace. You will also learn watercolor painting techniques!


All supplies will be provided.


No art experience necessary. You just need to show up with an open heart and open mind.
