Seattle Independent Bookstore Day Returns April 24 with the 10-10-10 Challenge!

After its postponement in 2020, we are delighted to announce the return of Seattle Independent Bookstore Day (SIBD) with the 10-10-10 Challenge!

Our bookstore community remains cautious about encouraging masses of revelers to visit our various stores on one single day, so this year’s challenge is a new endeavor.

Purchases made through Bookshop, Hummingbird (ebooks & audiobooks), or Libro.FM (digital audiobooks) are valid, so long as the receipt indicates the purchase was affiliated with a participating bookstore. Entries can be submitted digitally or by mail; postmarked or received digitally by May 15th, and must be submitted in their entirety. Entries with multiple formats, or submissions, will not be considered.

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship the tote bag prize internationally.  Please keep in mind that not all of our stores are operating as they did pre-pandemic. Hours may have changed, and many participating stores are offering online options. Please visit the SIBD page to learn more about how to "visit" your favorite Seattle area bookstores.

For more information, please visit the SIBD website: [www.seattlebookstoreday.com](http://www.seattlebookstoreday.com/)

Edmonds Bookshop will be open from 10-5 on April 24th.
